OUR MISSION:

“The mission of SENNO CONSULTORIA EM ELEVADORES is to provide support to companies, commercial and residential condominiums, to improve the performance of operations in the facilities area, specifically in the vertical transport segment (elevators and escalators) by providing occasional or constant consultancy to their managers or assuming responsibility for the management of the vertical transport devices”.

Our work consists of:

-Promote better control of elevator maintenance cost – bringing them to appropriate levels and reducing them, eliminating waste and “fat” in contracts;
-Ensure the safety of passengers and technicians, by checking all safety requirements;
-Monitor the quality of services provided by the companies responsible for maintenance;
-Guarantee that the vertical transport equipment functions effectively, in order to increase its
availability and improve its capability to be of use to the client.

Operating since 1990 in the installation and maintenance of vertical transport equipment, in multinational and national companies, in the multiple areas of field engineering, operations,quality and safety control, project and contract management. With certification in quality control programs from multinational companies, including United Technologies Corporation and UTC Building & Industrial Systems. Responsible for the operations in the Northeast region of Brazil of a multi-brand subsidiary of one of the world’s largest companies in the field of vertical transport. Presented lectures, workshops and courses in the area of vertical transport for several Engineering and Architecture colleges in Brazil, with themes related to Building Projects with Elevators, Innovation, Technology, Energy Efficiency and Sustainability. He participated in thedevelopment and conduction of courses and training for technical and commercial teams in thearea of service provision in many large companies that operate in Brazil.
Partner, co-founder and consultant at Officia Qualis, a consulting and training company in the areas of electrical engineering and operations management.
